We are recruiting Host Town volunteers!

We are looking for volunteers to help us during French teams’ training camps in July!! We are looking forward to hearing from you!

Please find below the information pertaining to the training camps.

１．Volunteer period

July, 1^st (Tue) to July, 18^th (Thu)

(Volunteering for half-day shifts (AM or PM)

２．Where

Kanazawa Pool, Kanazawa General Gymnasium(Rendezvous either at the hotel or at the sports facilities.

There will be a shuttle bus to the sports facilities.)

３．What is expected of you

・Manage the front desk and inform visitors

・Prepare, arrange and clean up training tools

４．Conditions to apply

・Be over 18 years old (as of July, 1^st 2019), and physically fit

・Be available at least 5 times during the aforementioned period (No language skills are required)

５．How to apply

・Please fill in the application form and send it either by post to the address below or by fax.

・You may also apply by mail or phone.

６．Application period

May, 14^th (Tue) to May, 31^st (Fri)

７．Explanatory meeting

We will hold an explanatory meeting. We will let volunteers know of the date and time.

８．Others

・There is no salary or transport stipend.

・Please wear the uniform polo shirt that will be distributed to you.

・We will take an insurance.

・Shifts will be half-days, there will be no meals included.

・All personal information that we receive will only be used to get in touch with that person. We will not divulge your personal information to outside parties.
