Today we are sharing 10m platform diver Benjamin Auffret’s home training video with added Japanese subtitles.
It’s a good chance to see how top athletes train at home, and a good way to give it a go and get some exercise in in these trying times with no sport and a tendency to put on some “corona-weight”. (I must admit I gave up fairly early in the game… Oops)
